CLAY HALL FARM
Situated near Whitby this beautiful farm will soon become the North East's leading glamping hotspot. Team Evolve has liaised with contractors to ensure an upgraded power network, water installation and then in-depth construction with designing a new layout and solutions to meet our clients requirements.
MOORSHOLM CHURCH
An old church is going to be transformed into a stunning Serviced Accommodation for guests wishing to relax in the beautiful North Riding Coastline. This project will see us delivering outdoor Jacuzzi suite with a beautifully design garden area, to a cinema room and spacious accommodation within the interior.
Raby Road
This is a commercial to residential conversion in Hartlepool that has seen a problematic building being transformed into 12 Apartments that will serve the Local Authority in housing vulnerable tenants. We are proud to be involved in these types of projects that are going to make a difference in peoples lives.
Sanctum Housing CIC
This is one of 36 Refurbishments that we are delivering for a Community Interest Company. It will serve families that need urgent accommodation as part of a regeneration of empty homes to be utilised for social housing. A place where families can feel safe and can build a better future for their children.
OTTO TERRACE
This project see's us delivering an old run down building in the heart of Sunderland to Student Accommodation as an 9 Bed House of Multiple Occupants. The client asked us if we could retain the features of the building and I think we have done a great job so far.
Melland Street
An old dentist surgery is now being transformed back into residential homes. We have designed and maximised the space to deliver two uniques flats with separate utilities. Bringing back to life an old disused building to serve the community with beautiful accommodation.
